Terms and conditions

Lire en français

These terms govern your use of callrefinery.com and the Call Refinery public product preview. Call Refinery's business and privacy contact is Devon Allary at 10951811canadainc@gmail.com. Effective October 14, 2026.

1. The current service

Call Refinery is a pre-launch product experiment for analyzing sales conversations and preparing evidence-linked CRM suggestions. The public website currently provides an interactive fictional demonstration, informational guides, demo signup, pilot applications and a contact form. It does not currently provide a live Salesforce integration or accept customer recordings or transcripts.

The demonstration uses fictional people, companies and conversations. Its approvals, edits and account changes are simulated. They do not create a contract, update a CRM, send a customer follow-up or establish that an AI model will perform identically on your data.

2. Eligibility and permitted use

Use the service only if you are an adult and have authority to provide the information you submit. If you act for an organization, obtain its authorization. You must provide accurate contact information and use the website lawfully.

Do not submit confidential customer material, credentials, highly sensitive personal information or data you are not entitled to share through public forms. Do not attempt unauthorized access, bypass submission limits, upload malware, impersonate others, spam the service or interfere with its operation. Ordinary indexing by search engines and lawful inspection of public pages are permitted.

3. Applications, pricing and pilot agreements

A demo signup, pilot application or contact message is a request for discussion. It is not an order, a purchase, a guaranteed invitation or a commitment by either party. No payment is collected through the public application form.

Displayed launch pricing and usage allowances are proposals being tested and may change before a product offer is made. Any paid pilot, integration, subscription, service level, recording authorization or data-processing arrangement requires separately agreed terms. We will not begin charging a subscription merely because you applied or submitted feedback.

4. AI outputs and human review

If analysis is provided under a separately agreed pilot, AI outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate or misleading. Verify quotes, interpretations, owners, dates and suggested fields against the source before acting. The service does not provide legal, financial, employment or other regulated professional advice.

No autonomous CRM writes or customer communications are authorized by these website terms. Any such capability must be expressly scoped and authorized separately. A follow-up draft is a draft for your review, not a message already sent.

5. Your submissions and our materials

You retain rights you hold in information and feedback you submit. You authorize us to use your application, contact message and feedback as needed to respond, assess a pilot and improve the product concept, subject to the privacy policy. This is not a transfer of ownership of your confidential data or permission to publish it.

The website's branding, design, code and original content remain the property of their respective owners. You may use the public demonstration and share links to public pages. Do not reproduce the product or present its fictional outputs as real customer results. Third-party names and trademarks belong to their owners; mentioning Salesforce or Gong does not imply affiliation or endorsement.

6. Availability and suspension

The free preview is offered on an as-available basis. We may change, pause or discontinue preview features, correct errors or restrict abusive use. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, a launch date, specific integrations or a particular commercial outcome. A paid agreement may provide different commitments.

7. Responsibility and applicable law

Each party remains responsible as required by applicable law. To the extent legally permitted, we are not responsible for indirect business losses arising from reliance on unverified example or AI outputs, interruptions to the free preview, or third-party services outside our control. Nothing in these terms excludes a right, remedy or liability that applicable law does not allow to be excluded, including mandatory consumer and privacy rights.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Québec and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, subject to any mandatory protections that apply to you elsewhere. Contact us first to discuss a concern. These terms do not require mandatory arbitration or waive any non-waivable right to bring a claim.

8. Privacy, changes and contact

Our privacy policy explains how website information is collected and used. Optional marketing consent is separate; using the site does not automatically subscribe you to promotional email.

We may update these terms for future use. Material changes will be identified on the website or communicated appropriately. Changes do not retroactively alter an agreed paid pilot. English and French versions are provided. Contact 10951811canadainc@gmail.com with questions about terms, privacy or a pilot.
